LOL He's so cute!!  Pico has one of those balsa logs....before he went blind he completely hollowed it out. LOL Now he likes to sit on top of it. |

I think I've mentioned that in my spare time I like to make beaded jewelry. Well, when my sister and I were younger (in the '90s) we learned to do macrame knotting, and made all kinds of hemp necklaces and bracelets. I haven't done macrame in awhile, but recently I've been seeing pictures of horse tack made with Paracord. So, I decided to give it a go, and LOVE it! I made myself a set of reins to match one of my headstalls:  And now I'm making a set for a good friend of mine, whose birthday is today.   |

Well, I can now say that my dog sprained my wrist. Bilbo wwaas barking and I thought I heard Zach yelling for me to open the door. So I went to the door and reached to grab Bilbo's harness. He either jumped or twisted and my wrist snapped. I heard it snap. Of course, Zach wasn't even there. I can move my wrist, so it's not broken, but it is swollen. I iced it and am wearing my brace now. Grrrr.... |
