Awwwwww. (((((HUGS))))) The temptation is SO hard to resist!!!! But I bet you, Clyde, Freddy and Rocky are enjoying spending more quality time with each other.
Lily still is a hands off budgie, for the most part.
We had a small incident today. LOL I opened her cage to give her a bit of roasted seaweed I was eating and she jumped off of her perch. She usually goes to the opposite corner, but today she flew out the cage door. Whoops!
Luckily she hasn't molted yet so her wings are still clipped. She led me on a slow speed chase around the bird/fish room, into the dining room, around the table, around Bilbo (he wasn't sure what to think, he looked very confused about why this little flappy thing was literally running in circles around him with Mama right behind it), and back into the bird/fish room where I finally caught her. LOL

I felt like I was punched in the gut when I saw this news on Facebook. What a tough little bird he was! I'm so sorry for your loss, Benjy will be missed.

Zach is trying, but Lily does not trust him at all. I'm going to have him read about the blinking game and see if he can make progress that way. I'm taking the book to him right now.

LOL Lily is still running circles around me. She's very happy here, and I know she likes me. She plays with her toys and preens in front of me, and she loves playing the blinking game with me. She doesn't want my hands near her, though. I'm kind of at a loss. 😊

This is my opinion, and it is not an official opinion of the Quaker forum or any past or present owners, moderators, members, hosts, or anyone involved with the forum in any way.
If it was me, I would go to the police and have this whole thing on file, just in case she tries something.

I'm going to move this thread to "Quaker Parrot Talk". I think more people will see it, because I don't know if everyone looks at everything on the Forum. I have a feeling that some people only look at the sections specifically about Quakers. 😊
