He was really good coming home in the car although carried on like a lunatic - hanging upside down in his cage - never seen him do that before. He was a little screamy tonight but has now settled down and in bed. Steamed lots of veges for him tonight. What a spoilt brat he is - but it is just so wonderful having him back home.

Thanks for your good wishes everyone. I had to wake him up this morning to give him his breakfast which he tucked into with gusto. Kept calling me Monkey Breath all the time - it sounds so funny when he has his beak full of food and still continues to talk.

Yeahhh.... it all worked out fine... whewww... those times can be so damn scary. You are good mom Jan... Shah is a lucky little guy.
