Hi all,
Sorry for not being around much lately. Hubby has been working out of town and only coming home on weekends so I have been very busy.
Then my mum passed away suddenly on Tuesday. It's been awful. We have no idea why. We are getting an autopsy done. She was only 65....

Angela, I seemed to have lost my post to you but just to say so sorry and sending cyber hugs. I lost my father 2 years ago and it still hurts to think about it.

Thank you all for you kind words and thoughts. The autopsy was completed today and they are sending her home to us (we live in a small country town, Mildura, and she had to be taken to Melbourne which is about 550km's away) early next week so we can have her funeral on Thursday next week. It has been such a whirlwind...

Just letting you know Angela... that we are thinking of you today. I believe today is the funeral... and give yourself lots of time to grieve and heal. There is no deadline on grieving.
May you and your family and friends find comfort in one another.

Hi. Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts. It has been an emotional time of course. Yes the funeral was yesterday (Thursday). It's been a very busy week. It's amazing how much you need to do for a deceased person. I don't even know where to start with her unit. The last of my visitors to leave will be my sister on Sunday. I fear I'll fall in a heap as I've been so very busy, then everyone will be gone and all the organising will be finished....(Until I start on her unit, which is going to be awful in itself as that's where she passed away).....
