Hi everyone! I've made a few posts in the past but since Alice just got home I figured I'd go ahead and introduce myself. I live in Madisonville, LA right outside of New Orleans. Alice is my first Quaker Parrot. I got her from a breeder out in Baton Rouge and she is doing amazing. She's 9 weeks old and completely weened. She's super sweet and loves everyone in the family...so far. I was told that she is an "ice blue" quaker but she looks like a regular blue to me. Either way, it doesn't matter we love her and are very excited to spend the next 25+ years with her! Here's a video of her walking around the house. Please excuse my stupid voice. Congrats on bringing your little one home! Alice looks like a total cutie. That must be very exciting! Glad to hear things are going well so far! Keep us posted on how things progress.  |

Welcome to the forum... and your Quaker is beautiful. Maybe the color will brighten as she gets older?
