Just spoke to the vet. The blood test and culture results have come back. He does not have pancreatitis. He has a haemolytic infection in the bowel and a massive throat infection. He says the stomach is also affected. He is still saying that something in the seed sticks was "off" and caused the problem. Fortunately, Spike is being treated along with Pippin - just in case he has the same problem although he seems to be okay. When Pips goes to the vet next week, he will be flushed out just in case anything is lodged and not moving out. He is already on Flagyl and the vet is sending me an antibiotic via courier. I cant tell you how relieved I am that it isn't pancreatitis. I feel I can start breathing again

Poor baby. That sounds miserable, though. Will he be okay soon, then?

I hope so. He wasn't looking too good this morning.

Phew, good news that it's not pancreatitis, but it sounds like he's not out of the woods yet. Hope things improve soon.

That is good news. I hope he's feeling better soon. So hard to enjoy life when your little ones are ailing.

Glad to hear it is not pancreatitis! I hope that little Pippin feels better soon! That doesn't sound fun, pancreatitis or not.
