I have two 9month old Quakers male & female. have had them since they were 12 weeks old......I want some help or reassurance....
There diet:
Living world premium cocktail seed mix
mixed with
Special Bird fruits & veg
daily they also have have
Raw fruits and veg: berries, mango pineapple aplles perars grapes and water melon
Brocolli, beans, peas, lambs lettuce
Treats:
Berry mixtire and veg mixture mixed together with nuts, rice & sesame mix, nutriberries.
Millet
Cuttlefish
Due to the coming months some of these fresh items will become harder to get or cost more.....am wondering if there might be a dry alternative that wont be detrimental to there health or growth.
I wash down the bars of the cage cos they wipe there beaks over them with Poop off.....and clean there dropping tray and perches daily, but there are still some fruit flies I have to contend with.
So any advice would be appreciated cos I love my noisy little babies....
