Kiki is a new quaker parrot that we brought home. He weighs 103 grams and I have seen many sights where he should be weighing about 114 to 126 grams. He seems to be happy and he is flying a little bit and climbing up on the lowest stick in the cage. trying to talk or vocalizing. He is giving me a hard time to hand feed but he is not eating enough not to. Any advice for me?

Welcome! Kiwi is still very young, and I have little experience with parrots of only six weeks of age. There can be some variation in weight among QPs-- smaller Quakers naturally weigh less than larger ones. My QP Ralph is on the small side and weighs about 109 grams. I got him at just under six months old, and at that time, he weighed only 98 grams. If you haven't already done so, it would be a good idea to take Kiwi to an avian veterinarian for a well-bird checkup. A knowledgeable vet can offer good advice on feeding and weight.

Welcome to you and Kiki! I agree with cnyguy that you should get him checked him out if you are overly concerned. However...consider this - we got Bonnie at 8 weeks old, weight 89 grams. She's now an adult bird (will be 2 in Nov/Dec) and weighs 105 grams. Mind you, she's a blue quaker and there's a view that these are often smaller than the greens. I am sure there are other Forum members who can offer you opinions on healthy weight. Regarding hand-feeding, Bonnie had only just learnt to eat on her own at 8 weeks old, so I would persist with hand-feeding for another couple of weeks, just to be on the safe side.

Many you should try other soft foods that the Kiki might like... such as pasta or warm porridge. Many quakers love these foods... Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to you and Kiki!
That range that you have provided is fairly narrow. I have read that the average Quaker Parrot weighs between 90-150g... Their size can vary quite a bit, so it wouldn't make sense for them to all be in as small as a range as 114-126g.
Our QP, Cupcake, is on the small side and I believe was 105g last time she was weighed. When she was younger, she was as little as 97g. Our avian vet confirmed this as completely normal.
But as cnyguy notes, a checkup with an avian vet is always a good idea, and they can tell you if your QP weighs too little relative to their size. I suspect everything is fine with Kiki, that said.
