I think someone came in the night and replaced my baby boy with another quaker. I don't know who this new quaker is. He doesn't bite, is very calm and settled and only beak bashes when I do something he doesn't like. He loves hanging out and "helps" me with the cockatiels - getting them back in their cage, covering them and then later, when I wish them goodnight. He is quite vocal - a lot of the time it is in quaker, but other times we have a little chat together. The screaming has reduced dramatically. I am loving this "new" boy.

I am SO GLAD for you! This must be a huge and welcome relief. Hope the new boy decides to stay.

If the "new" Shah needs any advice on behaving like a gentleman, Ralph will be happy to help. It's wonderful that Shah's true nature is now able to shine through. Hope that things continue to go well for you both.
