I can't help you with a cage, and I don't have any Quaker-specific books, but I have a few on parrot training and a couple on working with rehomed parrots. The good news is that I live just south of Marshall, so we are practically neighbors. I go to Jefferson now and then, and would be happy to loan you the books.
