My bird pooped three times today completely liquid! It's a milky white / clear with no green or darkness in it. Should I be concerned? He is still on formula and eats some greens and bit of egg and some fruits but very little, as well as pellets and seeds but very little of those too. He loves millet though.

I haven't had a parrot on formula, so I don't know exactly what it's like normally. With an adult, watery droppings are very normal after a big drink of water or some fruit, but it shouldn't continue if they are eating normally. Hopefully, you're seeing the regular stuff by now. If not, I'd plan a vet trip.

As easttex said, it should revert back to normal given some time-- if it doesn't, then it is cause for concern. "Abnormal" droppings can be totally fine if it makes sense considering what they have eaten recently. But if they continue for a whole day, for example, that is generally not a good sign.

I watch Oscar's poop constantly and it changes constantly. It all depends on what he eats. After about 2 hours or so... it will come out and will be green, reddish, white... every color of the rainbow... again... what did he eat recently? Most often the sign I look for is in the morning after a normal diet of seeds and vegetables. When I clean his cage... I can tell from where he slept... the proper colors should be there.
If the poop color is consistently wrong... then you definitely have a problem. White with a little green and with clear liquid... is normal for my QP.

And if the consistency of the solid part becomes less solid, that is definitely cause for alarm as well.
