That's more than I have in my own first aid kit which really only consists of Betadine and band aids I am fortunate that I live close to 2 bird vets so if there are any problems, the birds go straight to them. However, I think you have compiled an excellent first aid list that covers everything. Well done

I think it's a great list, too. The only thing I can think of to add would be the phone number of the Poison Control Center. I'm not sure how that might pertain outside of the US.

Added it! I always feel like I should be prepared for anything...maybe I'm just a little paranoid haha

It's better to be paranoid than have a catastrophe occur and not be prepared for it. Once I move to the country next year, I will take another look at your list and set up a first aid kit as vets are further away.

That's a great list! I can't think of anything to add. I must confess that I don't have half of that stuff handy. I have some work to do

The only thing I always have handy on that list is ...'alcohol' Now I'm feeling a bit negligent.

Thanks for the list. I had some already set aside. I also have an evacuation tub right at my door ready to go with pellets for my quaker, seed mix for my budgie, kibble for my dog. As well as bottled water, spare money and leash oh and a couple of blankets. I too may be paranoid but yesterday morning there was a truck fire next door, I moved my birds closer to the door just in case the fire spread. It didn't and no one was hurt.

"Spare money" - what is that, and where can I get some? You sound very prepared. I'm nowhere near that organized.

Great idea. This list needs to be added to one of the permanent spots on this forum. Thanks for posting it...I had no such thing prepared but I will now.
