Hi this baby is 11 days old and he has a problem on his right leg. Its straight out, not bent and kind of turning in? How can I upload a picture? Thanks!

You need to use Imgur, Photobucket or something similar to upload photos to the Forum. It's not possible to directly upload pictures from a phone, tablet or computer.
I have no experience with baby parrots or with a problem like you describe. A consultation with an avian certified veterinarian would be your best option, or at least with a vet experienced in caring for parrots.

It sounds like your baby has splayed legs. That happens if the nest is on the bottom of a cage or on something flat and not a proper nest box. He definitely needs to see a vet to see if it can be corrected before it fuses incorrectly.
