Green Quakers do normally have blue wing feathers. The cap of the wing is green but primary’s secondaries tertiaries are blue. I just though he looked kind of bright . Pretty bird! Thank you, Yes it seems he is like what you have described. I will try and get better close up pictures when I am back from travelling....Hope the wife can handle him while I am away, I know the kids will do their best.

I just saw the better photo of him and now I do wonder if he’s a fallow green. cnyguy have you any idea? He’s so pretty and softly colored.

On viewing the videos, what I see looks like baby Quaker begging behavior. Most often, it means "feed me."
I think that it may be the lighting that sometimes makes the top of Rio's head appear yellow. At other times, depending on Rio's position relative to the camera, it looks like the standard gray. Hard to come to a definite conclusion, but Rio might be a standard green QP.
