Hello my little girl or boy luna is 6 months old she has slowly become content with myself and her home although when i try to introduce her to a new room or change anything in the slightest she freaks out any tips on helping your quackers out of there comfort zone? Shes not big on treats at the moment either unless shes in her cage or we are both relaxing.

Hello and welcome to you and Luna. Parrots often are wary of anything new or different. It's always helpful to approach things slowly and not try to introduce too many new things too soon. It can help when going to a new place or introducing a new object to explain to the parrot where you're going and what to expect there, or what the object is and what it's for. Explain that there's nothing to be afraid of in the new place and that the new object won't hurt the parrot. That approach would undoubtedly sound silly to someone who isn't a "parrot person," but I've found that it really works. Parrots understand more than they're sometimes given credit for and such explanations can be helpful. Introductions often have to be done gradually and it might take a while before a parrot gets accustomed to new things and places.

A new place will be less scary if you are with Luna. She may want to cuddle up close to you and hide from the scary new surroundings. And she’s still quite a baby and may become more outgoing in some months.
I would respect her body language and if she seems overwhelmed, let he go home or in her carrier, maybe covered, to calm down.

How is Luna doing? You chose a nice name for your Quaker. Luna moths are one of my favorites.
