Why do my 2 quakers hold one of each others feet while perched next to each other ?

Welcome to the Forum! I don't think I've ever heard of two parrots doing that. I suppose they may just like having some physical contact with each other. Sort of like a human couple holding hands. My QP Ralph likes to hold onto my finger sometimes when I'm sitting with him. I believe he likes being "connected" to me and that's a convenient way to do it. Could be the same for your parrots.

Willow doesn’t mind me holding his foot. He seems rather foot-focused as he chews his foot when he’s resting or maybe “lost in thought.”
