does your quaker parrot ever take a nap during the day? I have never seen Kirby sleep except when he was a baby before he started perching. I have had him since October 6th, 2022, and I hand fed him he is now 8 months old. He is very active all day long.

At 13 years old, Ralph still keeps busy through the day and rarely sleeps in the daytime. He does rest occasionally by sitting quietly for a few minutes but he doesn't actually sleep. Once in a while he gets feeling a little sleepy after dinner and will take a very short nap, maybe for 5 minutes or so. After that, he's ready to go again until bedtime.
