I have a quaker parrot 7 months old and he is biting allot, he gets on my neck and pinches me, lol, and acting like he wants to mate, hes trying to regurgitate, just being more aggressive towards me. isnt he too young? he also is building a nest but hes been doing that for a while now.

Apparently he isn't too young to exhibit mating and hormonal behavior, though he could be considered precocious for starting a little early. If the behavior becomes too intense you might try taking away next building materials temporarily. That probably won't eliminate the behavior completely but may reduce it somewhat.

I would definitely cut his daylight hours. He needs 12-14 hours of real darkness to slow down these breeding hormones. Also, I’m not sure if parrots go through a horny adolescence? It might just be part of growing up.
