My Quaker loves green peppers. But how much is too much. He eats a small one every day. He also eats other vegs and seed.

Do you mean a small green chilli pepper or a big bell pepper (capsicum)?

Funny cause Oscar will not touch the green ones. He only wants red and sometimes a little yellow one. If your little one is eating a big bell one daily... I think that is a bit too much. However, I also have noticed that they basically only take the juice out and toss the rest so he isn't getting too full.

If you are talking about green bell peppers, I would go as far as to say there is almost no such thing as too much. Those are great for him, so if he wants to eat them in large quantities, I would say go for it.
