Pele, the adopted Pionus, update!!!
I just heard from Pele's adoptive family.
He is doing well...he has learned where the kitchen is in his new home and follows them to it.
They sent me a pic ... Not the best but one of Pele doing his favorite things....walking around on the floor and eating (broccoli in this pic)
Happily, it looks like his adoptive family is continuing to feed him the same healthy diet he had at my house.
