Hi, I have budgies colonies in my backyard. I have also used some hummingbird feeders around the colonies to attract the hummingbirds.
But unfortunately, they are not coming to my garden. Let me know if the budgies can be discouraging for the hummingbirds.

While there are lots of hummingbirds around during the summer where I live, any budgies outdoors would be escapees from someone's home, and aren't often seen in the wild. I do know that other wild birds here don't seem to bother the hummingbirds at all, but the hummingbirds will chase each other away from the feeder. Hummingbirds may take a dislike to some feeders too. I bought a nice sturdy acrylic feeder and the hummingbirds wouldn't go near it.
