Please say a prayer tonight for those two people who lost their lives this morning - one of them was married to a partner at my firm. Please also say a prayer for the survivors whose lives have been changed forever.

Prayers sent for the survivors, their families and loved ones, and the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives. How terrible.

The woman who was killed worked here at one time. Her husband still works here. They have 3 young children. It has been very distressing for the staff at my work. I went past the flowers that have been left by wonderful people and cried all the way to work (it is only 2 blocks). I think it will take people a long time to get over this tragedy.

That's horrible, and right before the holidays.

I walked past the flower memorial a couple of days ago - it made me cry. I walked past it again today - it has grown and is now huge. How wonderful people are to care so much that they want to travel into the city to leave flowers in remembrance. We live in an age where people dont seem to care about others and yet this outpouring of grief has bound us together.

Such a tragedy, so sorry you were personally touched, it is definitely a very sad time. Her poor family left behind, I hope they and you find some comfort with the support of the country standing behind you. I followed the story as it happened and was very saddened to hear the outcome.
