Pepito like biting our toes whenever is on the floor, how can we change this behaviour?

The simplest solution is to keep Pepito off the floor if you can. Otherwise, when he goes after your feet, pick him up and move him someplace else. After a while, he may catch on that attacking feet isn't acceptable behavior.
