Hi there, My fairly new quaker has recently started swaying his (not sexed) tail side to side. Originally I noticed it when music was playing and found it hilarious, but have since wondered if it is something more serious or if he is maybe constipated. I've given him a drop of veg oil and he has pooed after that. Does anyone know what this kind of movement means?

If I can put a video on somehow I can show you. It isn't the normal shaking of the tail feathers more of a conscious movement left then right then left etc..

I'm not really sure what that kind of tail movement means. It would be a good idea to talk with your veterinarian about it to get a definitive answer.
