Hello I just took in an albino Quaker, looking for any advice to improve his well being he seems great but just wanting to learn.

Welcome!  You can learn a lot about Quaker parrots by reading through the posts here on the forum. Reading a helpful book about QPs is a good idea too. One I often suggest is Mattie Sue Athan's Guide to the Quaker Parrot. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to ask them in the appropriate Forum sections.
