Pepito likes chewing our hair and make little fur balls, we don't like it but that is his favourite hobby: How can we make him to stop?

There are two things you could do. You might move Pepito away from you, to his cage or playstand and leave him there for a few minutes. Better still would be to distract him by giving him something else to do-- a toy to play with, something else to chew on. Giving a treat wouldn't be a good idea though since he might see it as a reward for good behavior, encouraging him to chew more hair.
