I have a pet Quaker parrot for almost four years now. And she's always been a little odd ball. She only likes warm , liquidy food that she can swallow. Somehow we got her on seeds, otherwise her diet primarily consisted of biscuits dipped in tea, bread dipped in milk or Roti(it's like a wheat tortilla) dipped in milk. I've also started giving her rice boiled with water and that is something she likes. Whenever we are home she prefers to spend the day snuggled up to my arm and sleeping. Also, her poo is usually quite wet. I had taken her to the vet but he wasn't a bird specialist. Still they gave us an antibiotic which I have been giving her on and off, sometimes it used to help, bit these days it doesn't seem to. I'm just waiting for the lockdown to end to take her to the vet.Apart from that her behaviour is quite normal, she still flies from one room to the other after me, or still goes after her favourite things to attack, she shouts if she needs someone in the room and flies about the place and if we're not around she sits and talks to herself. In the middle we had some vomiting issues, which is very risky I know, and that's why we had taken her to that vet, but those seem to have vanished completely on their own. I am unsure about what to do. Please help.

It could be too much milk. Milk is difficult for parrots to digest and can cause vomiting and watery poop, among other things. You might try converting your parrot to softened pellets. Many QPs like ZuPreem Fruit Blend pellets, but there are other good brands you might try. Just soften some in water or unsweetened fruit juice and offer them to your parrot; you can use a small spoon or put some in her food dish. My two parrots enjoy the softened pellets, even though they eat dry ones too. Just put some pellets in a small glass (something like a shotglass works well) and add just enough liquid to moisten them. Let them sit for a few minutes until they've softened then offer them to your QP. It may take a few tries, but she'll probably try them before long. If she would eat them regularly it would be a big improvement in her diet and could eliminate the digestive issues she's had.

I was going to buy those exact same pellets for her but due to the lockdown going on right now I couldn't place the order, I will definitely try those. Also I wanted to ask, is dark gutter green color okay for droppings?? She doesn't eat anything particularly green and neither does my other parrot. Yet both their droppings have that color

You're welcome. Dark green poop is fairly typical for parrots whose diet includes seeds. Other foods can influence the poop color-- even the ZuPreem pellets can do that. If a parrot eats lots of purple pellets, the poop may be purple. Something to keep in mind when you are able to start feeding the pellets.
