Max is a hand fed male three-year-old blue quaker parrot. Max is a happy boy, he talks some, loves to whistle and will laugh with you and sometimes at you. (: Due to my health condition I sadly need to rehome little Max. Let me know if you would like some more information we live in San Angelo, Texas
