He's at it again! My little fella amazes and amuses me with his new phrases and comments.
Now he repeats "Quaker Quaker Quaker!!) and then, "Quaker Boy!" What? Where does he get this stuff?

What? Where does he get this stuff? Oh yeah, where indeed! Bonnie has picked up some weird noises, plus the wolf whistle that we never taught her (got that from a cockatiel outside). She picked up donkey braying noises ('Eee AAw', repeated) because I was teasing her - silly me - one day about the joyful screeching noises she makes when she hides behind photo frames on the high wall ledge. She is 10 months old now and I suspect we will soon have an 'explosion' of understandable vocabulary. At present she can say 'good girl Bonnie', 'good morning', 'hello', 'what are you doing?', plus the sound effects (zip noises, microwave....plus donkey braying and 'waaaaa!').
I had to stop calling her 'bobblehead' and remind my husband not to keep saying 'shut up' and 'I'll wring your neck!' and we are trying not to swear in front of her, because I just KNOW it will come back to haunt us....

Cute! It is fun to hear what they come up with, stuff you try to get them to say doesn't always work, then stuff you weren't expecting just pops out!
