Usually the DNA testing is done by one of a few labs across the country that specialize in it. I know of no veterinarians or breeders locally who don't send out the DNA test. The breeder should be able to supply you with the written results they received or the contact information for the lab that performed the test. It the breeder refuses I would insist on a refund of the $35 and follow it up by arranging for a new test to be done. Rico's vet should be glad to handle it for you.
