I’m new here, I honestly want to know what I’m getting into, BEFORE, I get into it, getting a Quaker right now is most certainly not on the cards I feel. I’m not ready, and would really love to know what their all about

Welcome to the Forum! Read through the posts here and you'll learn a lot about Quaker parrots. If you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask them.

Hi and welcome! You are doing the right thing by researching first. When we got Bonnie we really didn't know much about parrots in general; and nothing about quakers. We've certainly learnt a lot! It's not all good, there are bad things too, but definitely more bad than good. Our lives must have been REALLY boring pre-quaker. There are always challenges, but she does enrich our lives and we love her.
