Well I have to say they are finally settling in. The female is taking seeds from my handle, but still won't get on my finger. The male still won't stop his attacking, or throwing his jaw at us. We hear them trying to talk but I think it is just birdy talk. Bought them a play gym but they are scared of it.
It may take them a while to accept the new play gym-- QPs are known for being reluctant to warm up to new things. Leave it where they can see it, let them study it for a while, and eventually, they may be ready to climb aboard.
