After about 2 months of not speaking, Pidge is starting to try out words again. They are very timid and almost incomprehensible but at least he is trying. He has also resumed "chatting" and becomes very excited if I talk to anyone. He particularly likes it if young women try to sell me something. Maybe their voices are chirpy ? He even made kissy noises at one.
He has also started to eat pellets again which makes life easier.
The funniest thing is (and I swear he has not learnt this from anyone) when I go to kiss a friend goodbye he makes loud kissy noises and calls out Woo! Then starts laughing. He does it every time with or without the Woo!
Despite an unprovoked bite on a friend's cheek he has been very loving and well behaved.
Phew!!

Wow, they sure do keep us guessing! Seems like they go through phases of behaviours - Bonnie goes through one every now and then. It's weird, though, because you never know when a phase is going to start. Glad your Pidge is back!
