Sorry that your parrots flew away accidentally. Don't give up hope-- you may find them. If you haven't already done so, post on parrotalert. Contact veterinarians and pet stores in your area too to let them know about your missing parrots. Hope you get them back soon.

I am in Australia, so can't really help, but... If I were you I'd put a familiar cage outside with the door open, with food and water in it, so if they see it they may fly down and inside it to eat/drink. My quaker, Bonnie, got outside a couple of months ago and I spent about half an hour calling her, then heard her squawking and tracked her to a tree. I climbed 5 metres up the tree and managed to rescue her and get down. As cnyguy said, try not to give up hope. You never know what can happen! All the best. I know how stressful this type of situation can be.

Here's a link for some suggestions. www.birdhotline.com/findlost.htmOne of my fears for sure. Best of luck. The breeder I got my buddy from also does rescue of lost birds. Don't know how he does it,but he's had some success. I'm in chicago,so far away or I'd help you. Perhaps other breeders in the area can help you out. I feel horrible for you... Praying you'll find them soon..
