First thing Jade did this morning was go into Clyde's cage and start a fight. Then she made fun of his signature whistle. She was mostly playing, but Clyde was not amused.

She's a pistol. Clyde wasn't even all the way out of his tent and she barges right in.

Jade... boy she has her nerve... barging into another Quakers house... oh oh... she is looking for trouble. Poor Clyde... what's a guy to do eh??

She has done it every single morning this week. I finally figured out how to get her to come out of his cage -- I ring one of her bells and since no one is allowed to touch Her Highness' things, she comes scurrying back to confront me. But sometimes I have to do it two or three times because as soon as I turn my back, she goes barging back into Clyde's cage for another round. I go ring the bell again, she gets out of Clyde's cage ... lather, rinse, repeat. LOL Until he comes out of his cage for the day, when she lets him be.

My Quaker Beowulf has taught me that He is In Charge ! He recently had a 30 minute fight with his food bowl in which he screamed at the bowl for 30 minutes, then plucked up the bowl and threw it across the cage. He then screamed at the spilled food !! He sure showed that food that He was in charge !!! So I am not surprised that Jade shows everyone that She is in charge !
