so Yoshi is about 2 years now got him tamed for a breeder and has been tamed flies around the house but cant fly for too long maybe 10 seconds in he starts to fall down as he gets tired or something and lands on the ground hard! when i go pick him up he is breathing very hard but after a couple of minutes he is fine any help will me appreciated thanks!

That certainly sounds odd. I can't tell from your post if this has always been the case or if it is a recent development. I would check his flight feathers first. They usually molt gradually, so the bird can continue to fly, but if one side has more primaries than the other, it could hinder him. Other than that, he should probably be seen by an avian vet. If it's recent, he may have a breathing or other health issue. If he's always been that way, my guess would be some kind of birth defect or early trauma that hurt his development. I think a vet would be the only one who could help you get to the bottom of it.

Pin feathers are very normal... especially around the head and neck. If they are long enough you could help a little by gently pressing on them with two fingers. Sometimes pin feathers are still full of blood therefore, your bird will let you know that it hurts. Other times... they will appreciate the little crack that will help them pins fall off.
