How do I get my QP to talk? How to I wean my QP from the spoon-feeding? (Captain is less than two months old.)
Please share your parrot life hacks, website, blogs and more?
What are some treats that you all use for your QP?

Well, where do I start? Our QP, Bonnie, just started talking on her own. We said the things that we wanted her to say over and over again. Within a couple of weeks she could say "hello" and "good girl". Some people do targeted training sessions for this - if you have the time, this would probably get the best results. Weaning: sorry, I don't know about this, but some other members do. If you read through a number of posts and threads on this Forum you'll find a wealth of information! Check the Diet and Health section for good foods/bad foods. Hope this helps.

I'm afraid I don't have experience weaning parrots, but I can tell you what my approach would be, if that is any help. I'm a big fan of not forcing parrots to do anything, outside of an emergency. Assuming that Captain is close to two months old, he may be developing an interest in solid foods already. You can start offering a variety of foods now. Pellets, fresh veggies, a little fruit, healthy human food (not avocado, caffeine, chocolate or fatty/salty things). See if he is interested in any of it. You can leave pellets in his bowl all day, but limit the time on the others. If he's not interested right away, don't worry about it. Just keep offerering them in a dish, and he will probably wean himself when he's ready. When he starts to eat other stuff, you can start reducing the frequency of spoon feedings.
