I followed the instructions on how to post from facebook but when I right click on the picture the selection of "copy post location" does not display. Can anybody help me with this. I stopped using photobucket as it never wants to work anymore.

I had trouble with photobucket a while back... it has so many ads. It works better if I go on the big computer, it is really slow and hard to do if I go on with my iPad

Yep, those instructions are pretty old. You should be able to do the same thing by highlighting and copying the URL from the photo's location. Then you can paste it into the URL in the little box that comes up with the photo icon. I seem to remember having a problem with the forum photo function, and I think I used the video option instead. After writing that, I have to confess that I am not able to post a photo from Facebook using either of the icons on the forum.  Maybe you'll have better luck. Or maybe Caseysmom will give us a clue.  |

I thought about that highlighting and copying and pasting, but then wouldn't you have to make your picture public so anyone could see it? Back on caseys birthday I couldn't get photobucket to work. I searched and tried postimage and it worked very easily. Lately, though it's fiddly photobucket has been working

That's a good question Caseysmom. I'm not having much luck doing anything with my iPad, so will fire up my laptop later and see. I'm also having problems streaming from audible.com, and am a little disenchanted with my iPad right now.

I managed to get two pictures out of photobucket.... took a long time but I finally got them. I know I cannot get video in or out of there.

That's a good question Caseysmom. I'm not having much luck doing anything with my iPad, so will fire up my laptop later and see. I'm also having problems streaming from audible.com, and am a little disenchanted with my iPad right now. I only have a mini iPad, but it can stream movies and shows fine. It is just so handy, but photbucket does work better on the computer, which I generally only use to download my camera. |

This is a private photo I have on Facebook. The photo's FB address starts with https, but I deleted the "http:" in the insert block and pasted the https address in, and it seems to work. Not with my iPad, though.  |
