I e never brought Ollie outside nor do I open the window if there's snow or it's cold but whenever I open the blinds and there's snow he'll have a tantrum, he starts sceeaming, sometimes banging his head against stuff as if to say "Why is there snow? Fix it!!" I'm not really sure what to do since he likes sunlight so I don't like closin them plus natural light is very nice

We get lots of snow where I live, and the parrots don't like it when the snow piles up on the balcony, mostly because they can't see past the snow to watch what's happening outside. So I have to sweep the snow off the balcony after every snowfall to keep them happy. They've never been directly exposed to snow or cold, and I doubt if they'd like anything as chilly and wet as snow. Unfortunately, the only way to make the snow disappear completely is to wait for spring.

I can't say it bothers Casey at all, the only thing that causes her to do the warning call is someobe walking by out front.

I know that Oscar is not fond of the snow. A few times I have picked some up and brought it in to show him and he immediately wants to attack it. It could be that one time I was bringing him into the car and he was tucked under my coat. I fell and he went flying out... he flew over the car and landed in the snow bank. He was only there for a few seconds as my husband was with me but I think that is why he hates it.

We don't get snow where I live - but I imagine if I took Bonnie for a trip to Mount Buller or somewhere similar in Victoria she'd give the quaker alarm call quick smart!
