Does anybodjes Quaker nod? I'm not sure what it means. When I first got Ollie he would nod to me when other people were in the room. Now he nods with yes or no questions or if I call him a cutie and purrs too.

Ralph nods quite often, sometimes to tell me he wants something or to say that he likes something, agrees with what I've said or wants me to say or do something again.

Bonnie doesn't nod, but she does sometimes bob her head quickly up and down (I wonder if it's the same thing?). She does it when she sees something new or a visitor comes into the room. I don't know what she wants when she does it, though.

Oscar also does this a lot for many different reasons. The only time I know he wants to go somewhere is when he taps me twice with his bill. It is funny because if I ignore him he will get up onto my should then reach his head around and tap me twice on my chin. How can you ignore that eh??? lol.
Love the purring sounds... I think they are part kitten... lol

Pidge has started bobbing up and down when he is excited. Usually at the top of one of the interminable Up Ladders he demands of me constantly. For some reason he remembers them from when I first got him and now it is his favourite games. He also bobs when we enthusiastically if not tunefully sing along to the Wiggles Nursery Rhymes.
