Well I brought home a new little Quaker Parrot named Blue Bell. She's not really a blue or a green but a Turquoise said the breeder. I'll try and post a picture when I can get one to post. I have a lot of questions and hope that I can get them answered here.

Welcome.... always nice to have newcomers. I am sure you will find this forum very friendly and helpful. It was 6 years ago today when I first joined the forum when I got my Quaker Oscar. Here we are all these years later and still coming here. Great place to learn new things and I find I learn something new constantly.
There is a section on "How To" and it will lead you to help with posting pictures. Can't wait to see the little girl.

Welcome! Blue Bell sounds gorgeous and I can't wait for photos! Everyone on this forum is amazing and they have all helped me so much with my little birdie, Maya. I had loads of questions at the beginning as well and the judgement free advice and experience is amazing. We also love reading about everyone else's crazy birds, it's like a little family and because anyone who isn't a parrot person really doesn't understand why we would put ourselves through all this madness for such a tiny ball of feathers, it's good to be able to talk to people who get it! I have had my lovely girl, Maya for fifteen months now and she is eighteen months old and a proper teenager! Although life has dramatically changed to accommodate her, there is not a day that goes by when I'm not incredibly grateful that she's in my life. Everyone warned me that getting a parrot would 'take over my life'.
What they said was true, but not at all in a bad way. It takes over life and makes it infinitely better if you're willing to let it.

Hi Marvmax and Blue Bell I, too have a new quaker and I think you would call him a turquoise rather than blue. I'll be interested in hearing about your progress.
