I've had budgies for almost my whole life and just today I saw Zazu chase his tail, I've never seen a budgie do that before. He spun around on his perch a few times.

Ralph the QP used to chase his tail sometimes when I first got him (he was just 6 months old then). It's funny to see any kind of parrot doing that, as you've found out from watching Zazu.  |

Not really chasing, but sometimes when yoshi is trying to preen his tail feathers he will turn around in place in an attempt to better reach them. It's also amusing to watch!
