My budgies keep moulting once every 2 months or a month, I feed them pellets seed and fruits and veggies and they're very active. I spray them twice a week and they sometimes take baths. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Have you had erratic weather patterns where you are? Here in Australia we keep getting hot-cold-hot-cold, etc... for instance, today was 38C and tomorrow will be 19C (and last week we had several days of 16C). So my birds' moulting cycle seems to be confused. Maybe that's the reason (?).

That frequent molting is not unusual with indoor birds. In a year-round climate controlled environment, there's no need to do a hard, fast molt, and it's much less physically stressful to spread it out. If they were molting the same feathers over and over, that would be a problem, but I highly doubt that's what is happening.
