Hi Leonichester! I'm in the UK too! I feed Maya KAYTEE's Rainbow cockatiel mix. The pellets are multi coloured and just the right size for her. However, colourful pellets can stain parrot's poop, potentially making it difficult to identify issues. I have never found this a problem, as if I am concerned, I just remove the red or green pellets to see if it makes a difference to the colour. However, if this worries you, Zupreem, Hagen's and Harrison's are also all really good brands. I think Zupreem also do pellets of different sizes. I also feed Maya a variety of flavours of lafebers nutriberries. I use these as treats, but they are actually really healthy and can be used as a complete pellet diet. They are expensive but parrots almost invariably LOVE them. If you're in the UK, these websites sell the food you'll need: www.parrotessentials.co.ukwww.northernparrots.co.ukwww.scarletparrotessentials.co.ukNorthern Parrots is the most varied, but also the most expensive. I find them really efficient and they have excellent service. I've also used parrot essentials. Their range is not as wide, but they are cheaper. Also, make sure you are also feeding your birdie lots of fruit and veggies including dark orange and dark green veggies (carrots, boiled sweet potatio, broccoli, green beans, boiled peas, curly kale and some spinach.) Maya also likes red and yellow bell peppers, apple and pomegranate seeds. I hope that helps!

Hello Leon... Oscar my QP loves the Harrisons pellets. I have tasted them myself and they taste pretty good. Sort of like peanuts. I regret buying the smaller ones as Oscar would prefer to hold his pellets to chew them. Next time I will get the medium size.

I recommend Harrison's brand... we prefer these largely because they are organic and preservative free.
