Hi everyone. My name is Brenda. My baby Quaker's name is Deenie. I am new to the small bird experience. I've had Greys, Cockatoos and, years ago, a Cockateil. I had to give up my beautiful Cockatoo. The doc. said the dust was killing me. I love all birds. I look forward to learning about Quakers from all of you.

Hi Brenda, and welcome to the forum! Your experience with the larger parrots will be a bonus with Quakers. They pack a lot of parrot into their bodies, and they have more in common with some of the larger birds than with the smaller ones.

Hi Brenda & Deenie, welcome! I'm sure that with all your parrot knowledge you'll have lots to contribute to some of us relatively new parrot 'owners' (slaves).
