An all-seed diet isn't the best for a parrot, and vegetables, fruit and pellets should be a big part of a parrot's diet. My parrots do get some seed mix every day, along with plenty of pellets, which are available to them at all times. I've found that the Higgins seed mixes are about the best quality-- the Safflower Gold and California Blend are popular with my two parrots. Along with seeds (neither contains sunflower seeds), these mixes have dried fruit and vegetables, a few nuts and some Higgins InTune natural pellets.

Hello ankushmehra! (Great name!) cnyguy is right, a pelleted diet would be better with a few seeds mixed in. my birdie (Maya) has KAYTEE's Exact Rainbow mix (hers is cockatiel sized because she's quite little for a quaker, but it doesn't really make any difference part from just the size of the pellets). She also has Lafebers nutriberries in various different flavours, which she loves. Other good brands to look out for are Zupreem, Harrisons, Hagen, Psitticus, or Tropican. Maya has the odd spray of millet for her seeds. She has sunflower seeds ONLY as training treats as they are very fatty.
As cnyguy says, it's also really important to feed a parrot fresh fruit and vegetables. Fruits have lots of natural sugars in, so vegetables should be fed every day. Maya is boiled peas, broccoli, green beans, carrot, sweet potato, baby sweetcorn and I try to persuade her with some kale but she's still not having any of it. I also give her a mineral block and occasionally sprinkle crushed oyster shells (bought from the shop). On occasion, Maya also has a little bit of boiled pasta and sometimes she has a teensy corner of toast with a bit of peanut butter on. You shouldn't feed a bird peanuts unless they are first hulled because they can carry asperillus, which infects birds and causes a horrible respiratory disease called aspergillosis. Rosemary Lowe has a book on nutrition for parrots and finches and if you can get hold of it, it's really good. Are you getting a Quaker parrot or another species?
