What does it mean when your parrot sneezes lots and lots of water out? Does that mean I can't give her cheese, cause I just gave her cheese and she sneezed like 5 times and alot of liquid came out of her beak holes.

It could mean several things. Illness or infection is one of those things. If the sneezing continues, then a vet visit would be a good idea. It's remotely possible that your parrot is allergic to the cheese, or to something else in the environment. Avoid cheese and see if it makes any difference.

I think it is the cheese or an infection. How do you know if they are sick though. They don't act like it. She is sleeping less. That is for sure. How do you know if they have an infection. She sneezed about 5 times and I vacuumed. Now, she is not sneezing?

If they're sick they may sleep more, sleep with both feet on the perch (often they will only sleep on one foot), sit on the bottom of their cage more often, or have a "puffed up" look for long periods (they're cold).

If she does keep sneezing after you cut out the cheese, it's still a very good idea to take her to see a vet, even if she shows no other signs of illness. It's a survival strategy to not look like the weak one in the flock, so birds are very adept at hiding their illness until a late stage. But hopefully it is just cheese intolerance.
