I have to say that I so appreciate everyone on this forum! You all are so funny, so empathetic and caring, and offer information based on your experiences without judgement of anyone else. It is refreshing! I had a drs appointment after work yesterday. When I got home (later than I normally do) my honey and his aunt were at Ducky's cage. Ducky was out and squawking softly, stretching his neck out and trying to to say step-up. "What does he want?" I was asked in unison. I laughed and put my hand to Ducky. He hopped on. I got cuddles and kisses. "He wants love." Neither has ever had a bird, let alone a QP. I showed my BF your site.
Later, I came in from taking the dog for a walk and my BF was reading out loud from your site to Auntie. They were both so excited with what they were learning! So thank you! I was so happy to have a resource to guide them to.
