I am originally from TN and grew up on sweet tea. I love to drink tea with most meals. I buy decaffeinated black tea and also chamomile tea. The other day I was drinking the black tea and Yoshi decided to take a sip which then made me panic because I add sugar to my tea. He seems fine as I have kept a very close eye on him for any unusual behavior. It got me to thinking though, would it be OK for Yoshi to have a little bit of my chamomile tea watered down at night with no sugar of course? He's always begging for a sip and I tell him no. But chamomile tea I believe is caffeine free and if I watered down a teaspoon of it with like a 1/2 cup of water would it be ok for him on occasion?

I think it would be fine. Some people advocate it for feather pluckers, but I don't think there is much evidence that it really helps. I would look for something organic.

Yes!!I gave it to my parrotlet on a daily basis in his water. It helps calm them. My little one was a plucked was the reason I started giving it.
