As you all know Loki is been scared to death of my hands. We've had him for a little over 9 weeks. Well tonight I walked out of the kitchen (so away from the cages) and hear Loki flutter down to the ground (very different sound to Skye's flying). So he walked over to me and as he got closer I knelt down and cupped my hands and kept saying 'it's ok' and he jumped into my hands!! Well only for a second because you'd think my hands burnt him cause he jumped straight onto my shirt right off my hands lol!!! But it was a small victory. That was the very first time in over 9 weeks that he actually stepped onto my hands! Very proud of my little buddy  |

Thanks everyone. Yes I know it's a huge step for Loki. So very proud of him We humans must be so daunting to them sometimes! It's hard to imagine how scary we are to them, especially when I have Skye who's been all over us from day 1!! Onwards and upwards from here I think! |

More improvement on the Loki front He's still very tentative, but will actually step up onto my hand now and both Scott and Joel have tried and he's stepped up onto their hands too!!! Now I feel like we're having more success! |
